Peony (Paeonia) Lutea Ludlowii

Plant Description:

Peony (Paeonia) Lutea is a lovely plant, it has an upright structure with strong stems.  It has attractive green, pronged foliage and in May it has a mass of fragrant, yellow blooms that measure approximately 7cm across.  Once the plant has flowered, the plant will develop attractive seed pods which keep the interest through the summer.  It can take a couple of years for the Peony to start flowering but once it does flower, it will then flower every year. So be patient!!!
