Plant Description:

Garden care: Trim back after flowering, avoiding autumn and spring. Water moderately when actively growing and avoid winter wet. A light top-dressing of sharp sand after flowering will promote tight clumps, and help with surface drainage in order to prevent root rot.

• Position: full sun with a little shade during the hottest part of the day
• Soil: freely draining in winter, but able to hold some moisture during the warmer months
• Rate of growth: fast
• Flowering period: May to July
• Hardiness: borderline hardy (may need winter protection)
