Long silvery catkins up to 20cm long hang amongst dark green wavey-edged leaves. this evergreen shrub adds a stunning architectural interest in the winter garden.

Position: Plant in full sun to shade, in a sheltered position in fertile well-drained soil.

Planting: Water the plant well remove the pot and plant in a hole large enough or container large enough to avoid disturbing the rootball. Back-fill with soil mixed with compost. Water regularly and throughout the plant's first year of growth.
