Genista Lydia is a dwarf deciduous shrub. It's common name is Broom. Yellow pea shaped flowers appear in the summer.

Plant Position: Plant in poor free-draining soil in full sun. Prune with care as it will not produce new growth from old pruned wood.
Planting: Water the plant well remove the pot and plant in a hole large enough or container large enough to avoid disturbing the rootball. Back-fill with soil mixed with compost. Water regularly and throughout the plant's first year of growth.
