Plant Description:

• Hardy - cold winter - Hardy in most places throughout the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open/exposed sites or central/northern locations. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -15°C (5°F)

• Spread - 3m (10ft)
• Deciduous - pinnate leaves to 30cm (12in) long, composed of up to 17 narrowly elliptic to lance-shaped, toothed, glossy, dark-green leaflets
• Tall Shrub - upright shrub with stout shoots. Flowers, 3cm (1¼in) across are produced in terminal, upright panicles 15-20cm (6-8in) long, with the leaves in late spring. Yellow-green marks at the petal bases mature to brown.
• Full Sun - in frosty areas shelter from cold drying winds
