This Bamboo is a new cross between Fargesia nitida ‘Gansu’ pollinated with Fargesia nitida. ‘Shadow Light’ is non-invasive and grows to just 1m 0 1.5m with an upright then slighly drooping habit and has beautiful light green leaves.
- Position:Shade to sun out of cold, drying winds - especially coastal winds.
- Soil:All soils, but avoid waterlogged areas very dry soils will need extra watering.
- Eventual Size:Up to 2m - 4m, but can be pruned.
- Habit:Upright growth.
- Foliage:Evergreen.
