Agave Americana Variegata (Century Plant) is an attractive spiny succulent often thin and thorny leaves with little or no stems. It needs a mild British climate ideal for coastal areas. Large specimens are quite hardy if kept dry through the winter months. The Agave is an ideal plant for growing in a container or patio pot and moving to sheltered position or greenhouse in the winter.
