Ceanothus 'Madagascar' is an evergreen shrub with small green leaves that are edged yellow. It produces dense clusters of deep blue flowers from the late spring onwards and is ideal for coastal areas. The best position for planting is a sunny site to get the most out of this beautiful shrub. It is more commonly known as 'California Lilac'
