Peony Suffruticosa Cang Zhi Hong  is a lovely upright plant with strong stems and very large double, dark pink blooms that appear from large buds during the Spring.  The Tree Peony benefits from feeding in the Spring and Autumn with a good slow release fertiliser.  Don't be impatient with your Peony, it can take a couple of years for your plant to flower, but it will and when it does it will flower every year thereafter.
