We are a family run Nursery & Garden Centre which was founded on its current site in Roydon, Near Harlow, Essex by the Koert family in 1935.
The produce has changed drastically from salad crops to pot plants and supplying the wholesale trade. In 2007, we acquired 'Tyndall's Garden Centre' in Nazeing, Essex. Due to the high volume that our nurseries were producing we decided to expand with an online shop.

Your order will be packaged in tried and tested packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely. Larger and heavier items will be sent using our courier service who will deliver whatever you have bought to your door. Smaller items are sent by DHL, Hermes & Royal Mail. These will be delivered by your local representative.
Yes - we send many plants through the post each session - these range from small plants to large shrubs. In all but a very few cases they have arrived safely. In the unlikely event you have a problem, get in touch with us immediately and we will sort it out to your satisfaction.
Each order you place via our web site will be acknowledged by e-mail - the message will confirm all aspect of your order including payment and anticipated delivery period. If there is a delay, we will let you know by e-mail and will always endeavor to keep you updated.
We want to ensure that every product you order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Our delivery charges include packaging, labour, postage, and insurance costs.
Standard delivery is charged at £8.99 per order. For larger items that cannot be sent via a standard courier service, a delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on either pallet delivery or specialist van transport.
You will always see the delivery cost clearly displayed during the checkout process before completing your order.
As many of our plants are sourced fresh from specialist growers, delivery times can vary depending on stock availability and grower deliveries.
Most orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days, although many orders may arrive sooner. We receive regular deliveries from our growers each week to ensure plants are supplied in the best possible condition.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered by courier or specialist carrier, depending on the size and nature of the plants ordered. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.
