Buddleia Davidii 'Harlequin'
Stirking variegated creamy-white, long narrow foliage. Masses of fragrabt, purple flower spikes in mid Summer to early Autumn. Compact, arching shrub with long, narrow, greyish-green foliage. Flowers attractive to butterflies. Ideal for borders and wild garden.
Suitable for: In sun on well-drained soils. Chalk tolerant.
Height and spread in 10 years: 1.8m x 1.2-1.5m (6ft x 4-5ft)
Planting
Remove pot and soak the rootball before planting. Plant in a hole twice the diameter of the rootball or pot. Mix an organic soil improver and general fertiliser with the infill soil. Water regularly until established.
Care: Cut back hard annually in early Spring.
