Hibiscus syriacus ‘White Chiffon’ (PBR) is a deciduous flowering shrub grown for its refined white blooms and late-season interest. From mid-summer through early autumn, large white flowers appear along the branches, each featuring soft frilled inner petals that give the bloom a layered, almost double appearance. The plant carries fresh green leaves through the growing season, providing a simple backdrop that highlights the flowers.
