Nicola seed potatoes produce long, oval tubers with yellow skin and yellow flesh. Their firm, waxy texture holds together well when boiled, making them ideal for serving warm with butter and herbs or cooling for a dressed potato salad.

Valued for its flavour, this productive salad variety is a useful choice for vegetable beds and large patio containers. White flowers add interest as the plants develop, while the summer harvest provides potatoes that are delicious served hot or cold.
