Rhododendron 'Nova Zembla' is a robust evergreen shrub renowned for its intense spring colour and resilience. In mid to late spring, broad trusses of rich red flowers open across the plant, each bloom marked with darker central tones that add depth and drama to the display. The flowers are set against large, dark green leaves that provide year-round structure and contrast. With its strong growth and dependable performance even in cooler conditions, this variety is well suited to larger borders or woodland-style planting where bold colour and evergreen presence are required. Durable, eye-catching, and long lived, 'Nova Zembla' remains a standout choice for impactful spring flowering.
