Anemone hupehensis ‘Rose Shades’ is a pretty Japanese anemone with rose-pink flowers held above fresh green foliage from late summer into autumn. It is perfect for cottage gardens, mixed borders, wildlife-friendly planting and adding soft colour to the garden when many summer plants are starting to fade. This easy-growing perennial works well in full sun or partial shade and prefers moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil. Once established, ‘Rose Shades’ brings a natural, graceful look to borders and is a lovely choice for late-season colour in UK gardens.
