Buddleja davidii Proven Winners© ‘Purple Chip’ is a compact, ground-hugging butterfly bush developed for small gardens, containers, and low planting schemes. From early summer through to autumn, it produces a continuous supply of small, rich purple flower clusters held above neat grey-green foliage. These nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to butterflies and pollinating insects. Unlike traditional buddlejas, ‘Purple Chip’ has a low, spreading habit and produces little to no viable seed, making it a well-behaved choice for modern gardens where space and control are important.
