Clematis ‘Dr Ruppel’ is a deciduous climbing clematis grown for its large, eye-catching flowers and strong early-summer impact. From late spring into early summer, it produces impressive blooms with broad petals in soft rosy pink, each marked by a deeper central stripe that adds depth and contrast. How to care for Clematis 'Dr Ruppel'

Light:
Full sun to partial shade; flowers open best with plenty of sunlight on the blooms while the roots stay cool.

Soil:
Fertile, well-drained soil that retains some moisture. Adding organic matter at planting encourages healthy growth.

Water:
Keep soil evenly moist while the plant is establishing. Once mature, it tolerates normal garden conditions but benefits from watering during dry spells.
