Diervilla Proven Winners® KODIAK® ORANGE (PBR) is a compact, resilient deciduous shrub grown for its vibrant seasonal foliage and easy garden performance. In spring, fresh shoots open in bright orange tones, gradually settling to greener shades as the plant fills out through summer. During early to mid-summer, small clusters of yellow flowers appear along the stems, adding contrast and attracting pollinating insects. As temperatures cool, the foliage shifts again, developing strong orange and red hues before leaf fall. Exceptionally hardy and adaptable, it grows in most well-drained soils and performs well in both sun and partial shade, making it a dependable choice for borders, mass planting, and low-maintenance gardens.
