Hebe ‘Matty Brown’ is a compact evergreen shrub with narrow dark green foliage and rich reddish-purple new growth, giving it a warm bronze-toned look through the season. In midsummer to early autumn, lilac flower spikes appear above the foliage, adding soft colour for bees and pollinators. Its neat, bushy habit makes it ideal for patio pots, front borders, rockeries, gravel gardens and low-maintenance planting schemes. Grow in full sun or partial shade in well-drained soil, ideally in a sheltered position.
