Hibiscus syriacus ‘Lavender Chiffon’ is a beautiful deciduous Rose of Sharon shrub with large lilac-lavender flowers, darker central veining and a soft, frilled chiffon-like centre from late summer into autumn. RHS describes it as a bushy deciduous shrub with dark green lobed leaves and double lilac-pink flowers around 10cm across, opening from late summer to mid-autumn. Perfect for sunny borders, mixed shrub planting, cottage gardens and Mediterranean-style displays, this elegant garden hibiscus adds height, structure and long-lasting late-season colour when many other shrubs have finished flowering.
