Potentilla fruticosa First Editions® ‘Crème Brulée’ is a compact deciduous shrub developed for its extended flowering period and subtle, refined colouring. From late spring onward, it produces a continual succession of softly toned flowers in warm cream and pale apricot shades, creating a gentle glow rather than a bold splash of colour. The blooms are evenly distributed across the plant, ensuring it remains attractive for many weeks without looking tired or uneven. Beneath the flowers, fine-textured foliage forms a dense, low mound that keeps its shape naturally with very little intervention. Exceptionally resilient and easy to grow, ‘Crème Brulée’ is ideal for borders, low planting, and containers where long-lasting interest, controlled size, and dependable performance are more important than dramatic scale or vivid colour.
