Spiraea betulifolia ‘Tor Gold’ (PBR) is a compact shrub grown primarily for its bright foliage and tidy, well-balanced form. Fresh leaves emerge in clear golden-yellow tones, bringing strong colour to borders early in the season and remaining luminous through much of the summer. In late spring to early summer, small white flower clusters appear above the foliage, adding a clean, understated contrast rather than dominating the display. Naturally rounded and slow to outgrow its space, this variety is easy to place in borders or containers where long-lasting foliage colour, controlled size, and low maintenance are key priorities.
