Syringa vulgaris ‘Lila Wonder’ (PBR) is a compact lilac selected for gardens where space is limited but fragrance and flower quality are still essential. In late spring it produces clusters of lilac-purple blooms with a strong, classic lilac scent, held neatly above fresh green foliage. Unlike traditional large lilacs, this variety maintains a naturally tidy, rounded shape, reducing the need for regular pruning or size control. Best grown in a sunny position with free-draining soil, ‘Lila Wonder’ is well suited to borders, patios, and container planting, offering reliable flowering, fragrance, and structure without overwhelming smaller garden spaces.
