Taxodium distichum ‘Peve Minaret’ is a compact, narrow form of bald cypress selected for smaller gardens where the species’ elegant foliage and autumn colour are desired without large scale. It grows with a slender, upright outline and carries soft, finely textured green foliage through spring and summer. In autumn, the leaves turn warm shades of copper and orange before falling, revealing a clean, architectural winter framework. Unlike many conifers, this variety thrives in moist or heavy soils and can even tolerate periodically wet ground.
