Taxodium distichum ‘Peve Minaret’ is a compact, narrow form of bald cypress selected for smaller gardens where the species’ elegant foliage and autumn colour are desired without large scale. It grows with a slender, upright outline and carries soft, finely textured green foliage through spring and summer. In autumn, the leaves turn warm shades of copper and orange before falling, revealing a clean, architectural winter framework. Unlike many conifers, this variety thrives in moist or heavy soils and can even tolerate periodically wet ground. Slow growing and easy to place, ‘Peve Minaret’ offers seasonal interest, refined texture, and strong vertical structure without overwhelming its surroundings.A dwarf, deciduous conifer with a compact, pyramidal shape. Lush, soft-green fern-like foliage will turn into a show of yellows and oranges before dropping in the fall.
Only grows about 100 cm a year eventually getting to 6 m tall.
