How to care for Alcea rosea 'Chater's Double Scarlet' - Hollyhock

Plant in full sun in fertile, free-draining soil in a sheltered position. Water regularly during dry periods, especially while establishing. Taller stems may benefit from staking in exposed areas. Remove faded flowers to encourage continued blooming and cut stems back after flowering.
