Hydrangea paniculata Diamant Rouge is a spectacular, award-winning shrub renowned for producing the deepest red flowers of any panicle hydrangea. Starting in early July, its massive conical flower heads (up to 30cm long) open a crisp white, quickly transitioning to a delicate pink before maturing into a stunning, intense raspberry-red by late summer. This bushy, upright variety features distinctively tinted orange-red autumn foliage, providing multi-season interest. Exceptionally hardy and sun-tolerant, it makes a breathtaking focal point in garden borders or large decorative containers. Thrives in moist, well-drained soil. Height and spread approx. 120-150cm. A low-maintenance, RHS Award of Garden Merit winner.
