Hydrangea paniculata Limelight is an award-winning deciduous shrub renowned for its massive, conical flower heads that offer stunning multi-season interest. Emerging in midsummer as a refreshing lime-green, the dense clusters gradually fade to a gleaming cream-white before maturing into rich shades of deep pink and burgundy by autumn. Held upright on exceptionally sturdy stems, the 15–30cm blooms are perfect for fresh or dried floral arrangements and will not flop even after heavy rain. This vigorous, fully hardy variety is ideal as a spectacular focal point, a flowering hedge, or for adding height to large containers. Thrives in most soil types in full sun or partial shade. Height and spread approx. 2.5m.

How to care for Hydrangea paniculata 'Limelight' (PBR)

Moist but well-drained soil; adaptable to most garden soils, including clay, provided drainage is reasonable.

Water:
Water regularly, especially during dry periods and while establishing.
