Infuse your garden with the architectural majesty of Paeonia rockii 'Zi Lian Deng', a prestigious 'Purple Lotus Lamp' tree peony from the Gansu region of China. This vigorous deciduous shrub is celebrated for its huge, semi-double blooms that emerge in a sophisticated pale lavender-pink, beautifully contrasted by the iconic, velvety near-black purple flares at the heart of each silken petal. Unlike herbaceous types, 'Zi Lian Deng' develops a permanent, self-supporting woody framework that reaches up to 2 metres in height over time, requiring no staking even when in full bloom.
