Passiflora 'Purple Haze' is a climbing plant grown for its decorative flowers and dense leafy growth. It produces large, purple-toned blooms during the warmer months when grown in a bright, sheltered position. The plant climbs by winding its stems around supports, making it suitable for training against walls, trellis, or fences. Growth is strong once established, and foliage is retained for much of the year in mild conditions, with regrowth occurring after winter where dieback happens. This variety is suited to sheltered gardens where a flowering climber is required for vertical coverage.
