Rhododendron 'Marcel Menard' is an evergreen shrub admired for its rich, dramatic flower colour and strong garden presence. In mid to late spring, broad trusses of deep purple blooms open across the plant, each flower marked with a darker central blotch that intensifies the overall display. The flowers contrast strikingly with the thick, dark green foliage, giving the shrub a bold yet refined appearance. Its naturally dense habit allows it to develop into a well-shaped plant without frequent pruning, making it reliable and easy to manage. Well suited to borders or woodland-style planting in acidic soil, 'Marcel Menard' provides depth of colour, structure, and lasting impact throughout the seasons.
