Syringa ‘Josée’ is a compact, reblooming lilac valued for its extended flowering season and manageable size. In late spring, it produces clusters of softly coloured lavender-pink flowers with a clear, sweet fragrance. Unlike traditional lilacs, this variety often continues to flower intermittently through summer, adding ongoing colour and scent well beyond the main bloom period. With its tidy, rounded habit and smaller foliage, ‘Josée’ fits easily into borders, patios, and container displays. Reliable, easy to care for, and resistant to mildew, it is an excellent choice for gardeners who want classic lilac fragrance in a shrub that stays compact and flowers for longer.
